Reiki & Sound at The Haven

*All new clients please sign up for 90 minute introduction session please! This gives us some time to chat and find out what you are seeking from Reiki healing. Reiki can be used as a relaxation tool that can promote rest, improves sleep, accelerate healing, and aid in spiritual work.  Reiki can help you to feel lighter and to remove energy blockages that maybe creating a road block in your life. All prior clients may choose 60 or 90 minute sessions. Your session will include guided meditation and Reiki  with sound therapy  tuning fork use. You may choose to select crystals or tarot cards if that is in your practice. Essential oils may be used if requested.
